- Detailed day of timeline for all vendors & bridal party
- Set up client’s decor i.e. seating chart, centerpieces…
- Complete wedding management and day of execution for up to 10 hours
- Vendor management and verification
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup
- Coordinate All Ceremony Activities
- Assist with bridal party and family for photographs
- Coordinate All Reception Activities – i.e. grand entrances, first dance, speeches…

If your venue has a day of coordinator included, this package might be for you! Let us take the set up stress off of your shoulders while you enjoy spending the morning getting ready with your wedding party & taking photos. We will set up all of your decor including but not limited to: Welcome Sign, Seating Chart, Place Cards, Favours, Centerpieces, Card Box, Guest Book, Ceremony Decor, Photo Frames, Candles Etc…
